vews and the scientific approach was
an excellant way of explaining the
intrinsict dynamic of our opposing views.
It was an article that would make sense to anyone, regardless of ideal.

Thanks for your comment Rob Z - and yes i think it presents an opportunity to get beyond ideological hang ups and start trying to find how best to utilize, what are now seen to be, opposing viewpoints. For instance we should be able to ascertain how best to utilize conservative and liberal approaches to things i.e., be conservative about the things that work and seek appropriate change for the things that don't instead of installing across the board conservatism or liberalism according to the swing of the pendulum. Such a prospect would require changing the whole configuration of our social systems which at present encourage ideological contentiousness to the extreme.
